Wangjiang Textile Industry Strives Towards Intelligence

Recently, the smart manufacturing project of fashion clothing of Shenzhou Knitting (Anhui) Co., Ltd. officially started in Wangjiang Economic Development Zone. The project is a technical renovation project of Zhejiang Ningbo Shenzhou International Group in Wangjiang for capital increase and expansion. It is planned to be constructed in three phases, with the goal of building a "beacon factory" in the global garment industry.

It is reported that the project will introduce automatic hanging production line and AI visual quality inspection to comprehensively optimize the production process; With the help of AGV intelligent logistics and industrial Internet platform, realize the collaborative operation of the whole chain; At the same time, photovoltaic power generation and water circulation system are adopted to give consideration to economic development and ecological protection. After the first phase of the project is completed and put into operation, it is estimated that the production efficiency will increase by 40%, the energy consumption will decrease by 20%, and the annual output will increase by 50 million pieces.

Shenzhou Company is a leading enterprise in Wangjiang textile industry. Since its settlement in 2008, it has developed into the largest garment production and export enterprise in Anhui Province. In 2023, the company will achieve an output value of 3.028 billion yuan, tax revenue of 135 million yuan, and export of 37.87 million dollars.
