You Jianghui, general manager of Xinhong Textile, said that since 2014, the company has invested tens of millions of yuan in digital and intelligent transformation of the factory. Now, orders, production, equipment, etc. have all been digitized, Production management and operation efficiency have been effectively improved, realizing cost reduction and efficiency increase.
"It's no longer just a few people around a machine. Now, one person can control many machines." Zhu Youxiang, the company's production director, said that in recent years, the production capacity has doubled on the basis of saving labor.
Order production is Zhu Youxiang's daily focus. After the company installed the digital management system, when he clicked his mobile phone, the production situation and machine status of the production line in the workshop would be clear at a glance.
"Not only that, the digital management system can also automatically and accurately produce multi-dimensional reports such as order progress, inventory status, quality analysis, wages, and quantify production activities and output." Zhu Youxiang said that the items that used to take a lot of manpower and time to complete now can be completed more accurately in just a few minutes.
The combination of traditional manufacturing with cloud computing, big data, Internet and other technologies has reshaped the production and management scene of the factory, making traditional textile enterprises take on a new look.
In recent years, Anhui has strengthened the empowerment of digital intelligence, actively promoted the textile enterprises to improve their quality and expand their coverage by "transforming intelligence into digital connectivity", and encouraged enterprises to carry out digital transformation and upgrading. By the end of 2024, 23400 enterprises above designated size in Anhui had started digital transformation, accounting for 97.27%; Among them, 16700 enterprises above designated size achieved digital transformation, accounting for 69.47%.
Green and efficient process reengineering

In the Bosideng intelligent manufacturing production base in Changshu, Jiangsu, thanks to the "intelligent transformation to digital networking", the traditional production process has been rebuilt, and the automation degree of key production links has reached more than 90%.
In the automatic cutting workshop, dozens of layers of cloth are laid on the automatic cutting machine. According to the designed style, the cutting machine automatically cuts out cloth pieces of different shapes, which improves the production efficiency and cloth utilization.
How to ensure the down jacket does not drill down? It is necessary to adopt the anti drill down sewing technology with finer pinholes in the quilting process, with up to 13 stitches per 3cm. Previously, this process required skilled workers to complete. Now, intelligent template machines are used on a large scale. After the program is set, a short-term trained worker can operate two machines at the same time to make stable stitches.
In the automatic filling workshop, workers wrap the quilted garment piece opening around the lint outlet, press the switch, and the down is blown into the garment piece evenly along the pipeline. When filling, the machine grabs the filling data uploaded in advance from the cloud, which can be accurate to 0.01g. The filled garment pieces are sealed on the ultrasonic equipment, which reduces the "fly down" phenomenon from the source. Different from the previous "people looking for cloth pieces", in the garment sewing process, the hanging transmission system can accurately grab the cuffs, collars, front, etc. and send them to workers at all posts.
In addition to enabling production, Bosiden also enables integrated commodity management, warehousing and logistics and intelligent distribution with digital intelligence to achieve efficient coordination of commodity operations and promote low-carbon emission reduction. Through the integration of online and offline, proprietary and distribution full link data, the availability of best seller replenishment is as high as 99%, ensuring that best sellers are not out of stock and unsalable ones are not produced. Intelligent scheduling and management of transportation routes and resource allocation, so as to accurately control production and inventory backlog, effectively reducing logistics costs and carbon emissions.

Upload the digital clothing to the platform, which can be directly connected to the factory production, and truly realize the digitalization of the whole process from creativity to production. "From creativity to product innovation, it only takes one day. In the traditional mode, this process takes at least one week." Liu Chen, founder of Lingdi Technology, said.
With the help of high technology, digital forms replace physical objects, realizing cost reduction and efficiency increase in garment production process, and creating a green and environmentally friendly research and development model.
