Guan Weidong, deputy general manager of Anhui Shunyuan Intelligent Textile Co., Ltd., introduced that in 2023, with the rise of factor costs, intensified price competition and other factors, the company decided to carry out digital transformation.  

　　 Through transformation, Shunyuan Zhifang realized online data collection, monitoring, operation and prediction of the whole production line process, reducing the number of workers by 75% and increasing the output by 40%.  

　　 "The original equipment was operated manually and frequently, but now all processes are automated, and the 5G intelligent system monitors the production of each machine in real time," said Zhang Hongyan, the workshop director.
