Green Printing Industrial Park In Qingshanhu District, Nanchang, Jiangxi

This year, Qingshanhu District, Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, took the optimization of the industrial chain and the promotion of the value chain as a breakthrough, accelerated the revitalization, transformation and upgrading of the textile and clothing industry, built Shengyuan Printing Industrial Park Phase I in the area under its jurisdiction, and concentrated the placement and management of printing enterprises in the overall industrial park to create a green printing industrial park.

At the site of the first phase project of Shengyuan Printing Industrial Park, four modern standard workshops have sprung up and are expected to be put into use by the end of September.

It is understood that the industrial park project covers an area of 90 mu, with a total construction area of about 55000 square meters. It is planned to introduce production equipment such as rotary screen printing machines, elliptical automatic flat screen printing machines, digital inkjet printing machines and printing platens to create a printing industrial base with reasonable layout, distinctive features and complete chain system.

It is worth mentioning that the industrial park will also build 15000 square meters of air film plant, which is also the first attempt to build an air film industrial plant in Nanchang. "The industrial park plans to use air supported inflatable membrane structure to build an air film workshop without frame and column structure, which can enable printing and dyeing enterprises to arrange equipment efficiently. At the same time, the overall cost of air film is 50% lower than that of conventional buildings, and the construction period is shorter, which is more conducive to the rapid production of the project, and has greater advantages over traditional buildings in terms of environmental protection and energy conservation." Ling Li, the project leader of Shengyuan Printing Industrial Park, said that the air film factory is currently conducting land leveling operations and is expected to be put into use in November this year.

In Qingshanhu District, printing enterprises are booming, with more than 100 enterprises and 200 production lines. It is the only way for the sustainable development of printing industry to effectively reduce the discharge of pollutants and realize the resource utilization of sewage.

"The centralized sewage treatment system built by the industrial park will have a sewage treatment capacity of 500 tons/day, which can meet the wastewater treatment needs of all printing and dyeing enterprises in the park, effectively reduce sewage discharge, solve environmental protection problems for enterprises in a one-stop manner, promote the transformation and upgrading of the printing and dyeing industry, achieve resource recycling, and help regional economic development." Referring to the construction concept of the industrial park, Ling Liru said.

The construction concept of green, environmental protection and high efficiency has attracted the attention of many investors. At present, the Industrial Park has signed 25 enterprises, with a occupancy rate of 95%, which has injected strong impetus into the development of the printing industry chain.

Jiangxi Wantang Garments Co., Ltd. is an enterprise focusing on knitted and woven products for children's clothing and men's clothing. In recent years, enterprises actively expand the international market, and the demand for printing production is also growing. In order to meet the growing market demand, this year, the enterprise pre rented two floors in Shengyuan Printing Industrial Park Phase I as a printing plant.

"The overall development trend of the knitting industry is green and environmental protection, and the centralized sewage treatment of the industrial park is an important reason for us to choose to settle in. In addition, the area of the plant in the park is large enough to meet the production needs of the enterprise printing market, and it is expected to invest 16 printing machines after the commencement of construction." Zhou Min, the planning director of Jiangxi Wantang Clothing Co., Ltd., said.

With the core concept of practicing green environmental protection and low-carbon sustainable development, Shengyuan Printing Industrial Park is committed to building a robust and complete industrial chain, while accurately filling the gaps in the industry. The industrial park is expected to gather more than 30 leading enterprises in the industry and introduce 100 high-efficient production lines, which will effectively meet the printing capacity demand of 60% of knitting enterprises in the area under its jurisdiction and lead the green transformation of the industry.
