From January to February in 2022, the operating revenue of textile enterprises above Designated Size will reach 706.9 billion yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 13.5%; The total profit was 24.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.8%. The retail sales of clothing, footwear, knitwear and textile products of units above the designated size nationwide increased by 4.8% year-on-year, 3% higher than that before the epidemic (the same period in 2019); The retail sales of online wear goods increased by 3.9% year-on-year, and the domestic sales of textile and clothing were relatively stable.

From January to February in 2022, China's textile and clothing exports reached US $50.2 billion, breaking through US $50 billion in the first two months for the first time, with a year-on-year increase of 8.8%, including 24.7 billion US dollars of textile exports, with a year-on-year increase of 11.9%; Clothing exports reached US $25.5 billion, up 6.1% year on year.
